Refund policy

The ebook is a digital product. The moment your payment goes through, you get the download link on your screen and by email, and you can keep the file. For that reason we cannot offer refunds once the ebook has been delivered.

Everything the ebook contains is described openly on our website — what is inside, how it works and how much time it takes — so you know exactly what you are buying.

Mistakes happen, and we will always fix ours. Email hello@littleyeses.com within 14 days of your purchase if:

Your download link does not work or the file will not open.

You were charged twice or charged in error.

We will send you a working link or refund your payment in full, whichever solves it for you.

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country. Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal or refund, that right always stays yours.
