Privacy policy

When you buy the ebook, we receive your name, email address and order details. Your payment is handled by our payment provider, so we never see or store your card details.

If you email or message us, we keep the conversation so we can help you properly. Like most websites, our hosting may log basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) to keep the site safe and working.

We only use your data for a few simple things:

To deliver your ebook, your receipt and your download link (to fulfil our agreement with you).

To answer your questions when you contact us.

To send you news or offers, only if you asked us to. You can unsubscribe at any time.

To keep the records we are required to keep for tax and accounting.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

This website only uses the cookies needed for the site and the checkout to work. We do not run advertising trackers of our own.

Only the parties that help us run the shop: our payment provider (to take your payment and deliver your download), our email service (to send your receipt and download link) and our hosting provider (to keep the site online). Each of them only gets what they need to do their job.

We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require. Messages you send us we keep until your question is answered and we no longer need them.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy to take with you. Just email us and we will help.

If you are in the UK and unhappy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

If we change this policy, we will update this page and change the date at the top. The date above always tells you which version applies.

Email us at hello@littleyeses.com with any question about your data. We aim to reply within a few working days.
